Responsibilities

1. Lead the Dining Services team in creating a resort-like dining experience for residents, associates, and guests.
2. Rely on your success in hospitality to help hire and coach our Dining Servers.
3. Be a warm, welcoming presence who greets and engages residents during dining.
4. Coordinate special community events and private parties, in addition to daily culinary experiences.

Qualifications

1. Your enthusiasm and positivity make people feel happy and welcome.
2. Previous experience as a Server or Hostess with insight into running a successful dining operation.
3. Natural leadership qualities and a desire to build upon supervisory experience.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

$52,800 - $63,200 annually, based on experience.

This salary range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits. Compensation will consider experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and other factors. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
