The role involves managing inventory, coordinating with kitchen staff and a registered dietician, and driving efficiency and service quality across the dining rooms.

Candidates should have 2+ years in dining and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates' degree preferred.
• CDM licensure preferred; company will sponsor the educational program to obtain licensure within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dining service operations and staff.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and dining room supplies.
• Control costs and manage budget to meet targets.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and retention.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and registered dietician.
• Oversee presentation, portioning, and service quality.
• Implement process improvements.
