Job summary

Seven Feathers Casino Resort in Canyonville, Oregon, is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, seat them, and help manage dining room flow. You’ll partner with the team to deliver a warm, efficient guest experience.

You will respond to guest inquiries, support room service, and assist the manager in maintaining high service standards and smooth operations. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and standards.
• Comfort with multitasking and handling multiple priorities.
• Basic computer literacy for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet restaurant guests and escort them to seats, maintaining even distribution.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for dining room operations.
• Respond to room service inquiries and take orders.
• Monitor dining room to ensure prompt, cordial service for all guests.
• Resolve or refer guest concerns to management as needed.
