Seven Feathers is seeking team members in Canyonville, OR to support cooks and guests by providing clean utensils and a safe dining environment.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, handling dishwashing, silver polishing, and general cleaning while adhering to health standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware and run through the dish or pot machine; maintain physical strength for high activity.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per hotel standards.
• Operate burnishing machine for proper finish on silverware.
• Detarnish/polish silver for proper appearance.
• Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely to support cooks.
