Job summary

Seven Feathers in Canyonville, Oregon is seeking a dependable team member to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware, ensuring cooks and servers have the right equipment for guests’ dining experience.

You’ll assist with general cleaning, maintain the dish machine, wash ware, polish silverware, and help with kettles and pans in a fast-paced hospitality setting, always upholding health standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Excellent service approach when dealing with guests.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware promptly so it can be properly washed in the dish or pot machine.
• Keep dish machine cleaned and filled with water per standards.
• Operate burnishing machine to finish silverware.
• De-tarnish/polish silver for proper appearance.
• Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly to meet health standards.
