Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an attentive outlet server to assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers. You’ll help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and provide guests with stellar service in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, serving beverages and bread, transporting used ware, and supporting regular attendance. Opportunities for growth within HEI are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings quickly and reset tables.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for meals.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
