Job summary

Fooda in Los Angeles is seeking a Dining Associate to join our LA market team. You will greet customers, operate with a friendly, high-energy attitude, and help maintain a vibrant cafe environment during the morning shift.

This role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and basic POS use; prior food service experience is preferred. You will keep spaces clean, follow FoodaStandards of Service and Sanitation, and support teammates delivering great workplace meals.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, high energy, comfortable interacting with others.
• Comfortable with cash handling and providing accurate change.
• Familiar with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and dishes.
• Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required.
• Know and maintain Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily.
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve.
• Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm.

Position Description:

Due to expanding growth, Fooda is hiring a Dining Associate in our LA market.

Who You Are:

• You are comfortable with customers and enjoy customer service
• You are friendly, high energy and comfortable interacting with other people
• You are comfortable with handling cash and providing accurate change
• You are comfortable with technology and running a POS system
• Prior food service and cashier experience preferred

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment
• Go out of your way to provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and clean dishes
• Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required
• Know and maintain theFoodaStandards of Service and Sanitation on a daily basis
• Escalate issues to Directorwhen necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
