Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and directing Dining and Nutritional Services functions.
• Demonstrate supervisory actions with fair, non-discriminatory practices.
• Maintain inter-departmental communication and budget compliance.
• Ensure supplies and equipment meet departmental needs and budgets.
• Support in-service training programs as needed.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and staff selection.
