Meadows Park Health & Rehab in Vidalia, GA is seeking a Dining and Nutritional Services Assistant Manager for a full-time day shift. You will assist in planning, developing, organizing and directing the Dining and Nutritional Services functions, including personnel and administrative tasks, while ensuring budget adherence and service excellence.

The role requires strong supervisory abilities, cross-department communication, and effective hiring/training of staff.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a H.S. diploma or its equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and directing Dining and Nutritional Services functions.
• Demonstrates supervisory skills with fair corrective actions.
• Establishes and maintains effective inter-departmental communication.
• Maintains appropriate supplies and equipment in line with budget.
• Plan and conduct in-service training programs as needed.
• Participates in hiring/interviewing and selection of Dining and Nutritional Services staff.
• Maintains knowledge of licensure standards and survey processes.
• Promotes the image of Meadows Park Health & Rehab through servant leadership.
