Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Dining Supervisor at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. The role is full-time, working Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, supporting dining operations, delivering quality service, and leading a team in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will have prior culinary/foodservice experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including food and physical safety programs.
• Communicate issues of concern to management (e.g. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns).
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Perform any other duties as specified by management.
