The role requires 21+ years, OpenTable experience, and 2+ years as a dining host, with the start rate of $23.46 hourly and opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with reservations, maintain menus and seating, and help ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of prior dining host experience in a restaurant or resort setting.
• Experience greeting guests and handling reservations; strong guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and manage the welcoming flow for the restaurant.
• Communicate special orders and reservation details with management and reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, house count, table numbers, dress code, and hours of operation.
• Answer phones and manage the reservation book.
• Ensure menus are current and well stocked.
• Relay guest needs to the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.
• Check back with guests and keep them informed about wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
