Qualifications

• 6+ months of guest service experience preferred.
• Experience in AAA 5 diamond, Mobil 5 star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Assist with transportation requests and door handling.
• Orient guests to the property and provide information and service requests.
