Job summary

The MGM Resorts International family invites you to join Din Tai Fung at Aria as a Hostperson, welcoming guests and guiding them to seating in a high-energy dining environment. You’ll work closely with Food Servers, Buspersons, and Runners to ensure flawless table management and guest flow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a dining-host role and familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable or SevenRooms. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, and 18+ age is a must.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a dining host.
• Prior experience with OpenTable, SevenRooms, or similar system preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and manage reservations with accuracy.
• Coordinate seating with servers, buspersons, and runners for smooth flow.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen and management; relay feedback.
• Maintain clean, organized entryway and monitor cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Answer phones and manage the reservation book with attention to detail.
