Job summary

Rolling Hills Food Services, LLC is seeking a Server to assist in serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth operations in a high-volume dining facility. The role requires attention to quality service, safety, and adherence to contract standards.

The server will handle food portions, maintain personal appearance and professional behavior, and follow HACCP and site rules. This position is on-site and involves standing for long periods and basic kitchen equipment know-how.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of pre-employment screening.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.
• Experience in mass meal service (300–1000 served per meal) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves food portions to customers.
• Cleans spills and maintains sanitary work areas.
• Cleans storage boxes, serving equipment, and lines.
• Sweeps and mops floors to keep DFAC clean and safe.
• Returns cleaning equipment to designated storage area when completed.
• Maintains accurate time sheets and adheres to employer and contract policies.
