Job summary

Rolling Hills Food Services, LLC seeks an Assistant DFAC Manager to support daily dining operations and uphold service quality per contract guidelines.

Reporting to the DFAC Manager and Area Manager, the role requires leadership, budgeting, labor planning, and HACCP compliance. A relevant degree and ServSafe certification are preferred, with at least two years of management experience in large-scale food service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a manager or assistant manager in large institutional food service or military settings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of managing food service operations, labor, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight of the DFAC dining facility.
• Ensure contract compliance and performance.
• Coordinate cooperation between dining facilities and cross-utilize labor where applicable.
• Inspect facilities and ensure compliance with cleaning plans and HACCP standards.
• Assist in staff training and performance reviews.
