Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dining or food service preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Effective communication with residents, staff, and management.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work around food and cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals.
• Ensure a clean and safe dining environment by following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with residents, guests, and staff.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth meal service.
