Qualifications

• 2+ years of custodial, janitorial, or facilities operations experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of custodial procedures, floor care equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards, PPE use, and compliance practices.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, and workforce support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in directing and overseeing daily dining facility operations to ensure efficient, high-quality food service and contract compliance.
• Supervise dining facility personnel, providing guidance and performance feedback to foster a productive, customer-focused environment.
• Monitor service quality and operational performance to meet contract requirements and metrics.
• Prepare for and respond to health, sanitation, and government inspections, documenting findings and corrective actions.
