Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with daily activities, foster relationships, and support meals and social events at an on-site community in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Responsibilities include physical assistance, promoting well-being, organizing activities, aiding meal service, and maintaining a safe, tidy environment for residents and staff. CPR preferred; Safe Food Handling class required within 30 days.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months caregiving or CNA experience.
• CPR certification preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire).
• Complete a Safe Food Handling and Preparation Class (within 30 days of hire).

• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships.
• Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents.
• Assist with menu/snack selection and partner with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested.
• Ensure residents' rooms and neighborhoods are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards and support safety.

Compensation:

- Caregiver : $19.50-$24/hour (based on experience)

• CNA: $21.50-$26.50/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

6am-10am shifts or 4:30pm-9pm shifts

What you will need
