Job summary

Wesley Village in Macomb, IL is seeking a cook for part-time shifts (1pm–6:45pm, 2–3 days per week). Experience and a Food Service Manager's Certificate are a plus; training is provided for the right person. Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to understand measurements and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves all items per standardized recipes.
• Short order Cook (Hamburgers, French Fries, Onion Rings, etc.).
• Prepares Jello, Pudding, Salads, Breads, Cakes, Frosting as prep work.
• Plans food production to preserve quality, temperature and appearance.
• Keeps area clean and sanitized.
• Record temps, stock items, prepare food for groups up to 15 people.
