WesleyLife is hiring a Cook to support Fieldstone of DeWitt’s dining services, ensuring healthful, flavorful meals for residents. You will collaborate with culinary leadership to execute chef-approved recipes, while adapting menus for modified diets and maintaining strict quality standards.

The role offers first shift full-time or twelve-hour shifts, with a strong benefits package and ongoing training within a values-driven community.

Qualifications

• Min one year cooking experience.
• Experience with quantity cooking and modified diets preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create delicious meals using chef-approved recipes.
• Work with Chefs and Culinary Directors in a professional kitchen.
• Support modified diets and meet health and satisfaction goals.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, portions, and service.
• Follow sanitation and waste control practices to ensure safety and efficiency.
