Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a skilled technical professional to support server platforms and Ethernet devices used in gaming systems. The role involves assembly, testing, software installation, and maintaining regulatory compliance across multiple hardware stacks.

The candidate should have at least a high school diploma, with 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and PC architecture.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or two years of relevant experience in electronics, computer assembly/repair, or a similar technical discipline is preferred.
• We look for two years of electro-mechanical assembly and testing experience.
• We need proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• We expect a basic understanding of PC system architecture, including client and server platforms.
• Experience with Windows 7 or later, Windows Server 2008 or later, Linux (SLES and/or RHEL), Microsoft Hyper-V, and VMware ESX is preferred.
• We value strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine interest in learning new technologies and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• You must be able to push or pull a pallet jack with a maximum load of 1,500 lbs.
• You must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds over short distances and regularly handle items weighing 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• We build, set up, and configure a variety of server platforms and Ethernet devices while meeting gaming regulations and internal and external standards.
• We install drivers and software on Ethernet controllers, storage devices, network interface cards, and other network components.
• We carry out test procedures on server equipment, diagnose customer-reported issues, and apply corrective actions.
• We identify and elevate major technical or quality concerns to Production leadership and help develop solutions.
• We decommission obsolete servers and equipment.
• We manage inventory in line with 6S/Basis principles.
• We follow our employee handbook policies and procedures.
• We participate in our health and safety programs, comply with OSHA requirements, and observe all safety and health rules.
