Aristocrat in the United States seeks a Level 4 CS Development support engineer to resolve customer software issues during upgrades and general problems. As a member of the Level 4 team in the CXS Development group, you will collaborate with the Customer Success group. You will help resolve customer software issues during product upgrades or when issues are raised. You will be responsible for solving the issue and work closely with Architect and Product Management group to ensure alignment on the suggested solution.

$87,500 - $162,500 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
