Job summary

AES Indiana is seeking a Digital Workplace Senior Analyst to support AES's core endpoint management and collaboration platforms (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, Teams Rooms, AV). You’ll handle day-to-day end-user support and asset tracking, with hands-on Crestron AV assistance for large meetings and documentation updates.

This tier-two role advances toward owning major platforms, collaborating with senior engineers, and improving user experience while upholding security and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, or endpoint/desktop support.
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Working knowledge of, or hands-on experience with, Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, or PowerShell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills; comfortable working directly with end users.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate appropriately when an issue exceeds scope.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier Two support for endpoint, application, and device issues—handling escalations from Tier One/help desk, resolving more complex tickets directly, and escalating platform-level issues to the senior system owners.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities: workstation provisioning, technology readiness, and asset recovery.
• Endpoint management: Assist with Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Autopilot administration under guidance; device provisioning, compliance policy, application deployment.
• Progressively take on PowerShell scripting/automation tasks for repeatable administrative work.
• Asset tracking & AV/meeting support: track shared equipment, provide Crestron AV support for large Teams meetings.
• Documentation & process support: maintain SOPs and knowledge base; identify opportunities to improve endpoint performance.
