Asset tracking & AV/meeting support

  • Assist with asset tracking tasks for shared equipment such as printers, Teams Rooms hardware, and similar devices; help keep inventory records accurate.
  • Provide Crestron AV support and hands-ON assistance for large, high-visibility meetings run over Microsoft Teams.
  • Support day-to-day Teams Rooms hardware/software issues, escalating complex AV configuration work to senior collaboration staff.

Documentation & process support

  • Maintain and update documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles under guidance.
  • Identify and flag opportunities to improve endpoint performance and user experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and hands-ON experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support, or endpoint/desktop support.
  • Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
  • Working knowledge of, or hands-ON experience with, Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, or PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills; comfortable working directly with end users.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and elevate appropriately when an issue exceeds scope.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-ON exposure to Microsoft Intune, endpoint deployment, and mobile device management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
