Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Workplace to lead the end-to-end employee experience for collaboration, content, and workflow tools. You’ll configure Microsoft 365 tenants, stand up Teams and SharePoint solutions, and ship Power Platform flows and Copilot agents.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree plus 8+ years in technical product management, digital workplace engineering or related roles.
Deep hands-on expertise administering enterprise collaboration platforms, esp. Microsoft 365 suite.
Proven experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI capabilities, with tenant/licensing configuration and measurement.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the digital workplace portfolio; translate business needs into user stories.
Own the AI and agentic automation roadmap, identify high-impact use cases, and ship solutions.
Act as the face of digital workplace technology; build a Champions network and enablement resources.
Configure and build solutions in Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and the Power Platform; reduce shadow IT.
Own day-to-day configuration and health of the tenant; manage policy rollout and releases.
Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Legal to ensure governance and compliance standards.
Define and track KPIs/OKRs; build reports from telemetry to guide roadmap.
Provide leadership and guidance to product owners, engineers, and vendors; prototype to de-risk decisions.
