Mars Veterinary Health in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an O365/Digital Workplace Manager to lead the team responsible for strategy, implementation, and administration of MVH's digital collaboration tools. Your focus will be on secure, reliable, and effective Microsoft 365 usage across our global organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years managing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments, with deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years managing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deep technical expertise in M365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with M365 security and compliance features (e.g., Conditional Access, DLP, eDiscovery).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the administration, governance, and support of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop a roadmap for our digital workplace tools. Drive user adoption and best practices through training, communication, and partnership with business units.
• Implement and manage security policies, data governance, and compliance controls within the M365 environment in partnership with the security team.
• Manage the resolution of service-related issues and act as the primary point of contact for the M365 platform. Monitor service health and performance.
• Stay current with the M365 ecosystem and emerging digital workplace trends, identifying opportunities to introduce new features and capabilities to improve collaboration and productivity.
