Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) is seeking an O365/Digital Workplace Manager to lead strategy and administration of MVH's digital workplace tools, primarily the Microsoft 365 suite. You will partner with security and business units to ensure secure, reliable collaboration across a global network of clinics.

Responsibilities include governance of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, plus driving adoption, training, and continuous improvement of digital workplace capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years managing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deep technical expertise in M365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with M365 security and compliance features (Conditional Access, DLP, eDiscovery).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, governance, and support of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop a roadmap for digital workplace tools and drive user adoption through training and partnerships.
• Implement and manage security policies, data governance, and compliance controls within M365.
• Monitor service health and performance and act as primary contact for the M365 platform.
