Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced technology leader to define and deliver a long-term Digital Workspace strategy across a global, regulated organization. You will lead workplace transformation, user technology, collaboration platforms, and operational excellence to boost productivity and experience.

Location: New Jersey / New York City; hybrid pattern with 2 days in the office. Base salary 250k–260k; discretionary bonus up to 150k; total comp 400k–410k; comprehensive benefits and career

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; certifications preferred (MS/Citrix/VMware).
  • 10+ years in IT, End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or Enterprise Tech.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership managing global teams.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale Digital Workspace programs.
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 and Teams at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of service management, risk controls, and vendor mgmt.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise Digital Workspace strategy aligned to business tech goals.
  • Lead modernization and automation across End User Computing platforms and services.
  • Oversee Windows endpoints, mobile devices, M365, Teams, email, and collaboration tools.
  • Drive service excellence with high-performing, scalable end-user services.
  • Act as senior escalation point for critical incidents and delivery matters.
  • Partner with Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture to shape roadmaps.
  • Own vendor relationships, managed services, and budgets.
  • Ensure governance, risk, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will lead workplace transformation, end-user technology, collaboration platforms, and operational excellence initiatives that directly enhance employee productivity and experience.

Description

Define and execute the enterprise Digital Workspace strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business and technology objectives.

Lead modernization and automation initiatives across End User Computing platforms and services.

Oversee workplace technologies including Windows endpoints, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, email, collaboration tools, and telephony platforms.

Drive service excellence through the delivery of high-performing, reliable, and scalable end-user services.

Act as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and service delivery matters.

Partner closely with Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture teams to shape future workplace technology roadmaps.

Own vendor relationships, managed service partnerships, and associated technology budgets.

Ensure robust governance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are maintained.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with relevant Microsoft, Citrix, or VMware certifications preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience within IT, End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or Enterprise Technology.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing global technology teams.

Proven success delivering large-scale Digital Workspace or workplace transformation programs.

Deep expertise supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 and Teams environments at scale.

Strong knowledge of service management, operational risk controls, vendor management, and asset lifecycle processes.

Experience operating within financial services, banking, or another regulated environment is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills.

Location: New Jersey / New York City

Working Pattern: Hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

Job Offer
  • Base salary of $250,000 - $260,000
  • Discretionary target bonus of up to $150,000
  • Approximate total compensation package of $400,000 - $410,000
