Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic Product Enablement Manager for Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) to translate complex offerings into clear sales messages and partner with Sales to build pipeline.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and cross-functional teams as the local bridge between global strategy and field execution, guiding go-to-market and enablement initiatives to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in product enablement, services enablement, product marketing, or product management.
• Experience with Digital Workplace, Managed/DaaS Solutions, or IT Services is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex solutions into clear sales messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market and enablement plans for DWS solutions in the assigned geography.
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, opportunity progression, and deal support.
• Act as the DWS Subject Matter Expert for sellers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Bridge between global Offering Managers and regional Sales teams for alignment.
• Translate complex DWS solutions into clear, outcome-based sales messaging.
• Support launches with readiness, positioning, communication, and adoption; provide pre-sales enablement.
• Manage pricing updates, solution catalog changes, and offering enhancements with Offering Management.
• Ensure data accuracy across Geo-appropriate tools and systems.
• Deliver enablement sessions to Sales and Channel teams.
• Establish structure and repeatable workflows when processes are unclear.
