Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration platforms, AI tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly strategic planning with defined priorities and milestones.
• Partner with leadership to translate vision into execution plans and governance structures.
• Analyze market, customers, and internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Create concise, executive-ready presentations and business cases for senior leaders.
• Establish and manage the business operating cadence with leadership reviews and dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across portfolio, sales, delivery, finance, marketing, HR, and geography teams.
• Monitor progress, surface blockers, and recommend corrective actions.
