Job summary

BlueRock Therapeutics, a Bayer subsidiary, seeks a Solution Architect for Digital Workplace Enablement in a hybrid MA-Cambridge setting. You will own the end-to-end Microsoft 365 landscape, shaping the Digital Workplace roadmap, defining patterns and guardrails, and driving delivery of integrated, secure collaboration, content management, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience designing, delivering, or supporting enterprise collaboration/workplace platforms with deep hands-on Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 components (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot) and administration.
Experience aligning solutions with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (GxP preferred).

Responsibilities

Serve as end-to-end Solution Architect for BlueRock’s Digital Workplace using Microsoft 365 tools.
Define architecture standards, patterns, and governance guardrails for collaboration, content, automation, and AI use cases.
Partner with stakeholders to shape and execute the Digital Workplace roadmap and drive adoption across the organization.
Lead solution design for new use cases, including collaboration models, knowledge management, and workflow automation.
