The role partners with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and business teams to design secure, scalable workplace technology solutions and drive modernization, AI-enabled operations, and workforce analytics while aligning with Southern

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of information technology experience with 5+ years in technical leadership and architecture.
• Expert knowledge of Intune, MECM, Microsoft 365, and enterprise endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains the Digital Workplace Technologies architecture vision, technology standards, governance model, and multi-year strategic roadmap.
• Designs and guides secure, scalable workplace technology solutions across endpoint management, device lifecycle, automation, and security.
• Partners with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to design secure, scalable solutions.
• Leads workplace modernization and transformation involving cloud-first endpoint management and AI-enabled operations.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and develops strategic adoption plans to improve productivity and security.
• Provides technical leadership and roadmap direction for complex initiatives and cross-functional projects.
