Qualifications

8+ years in digital tools, mobile platforms, or operations technology.

Responsibilities

Partner with Transformation team to build, deploy, and scale digital worker solutions.
Translate business requirements into deployable solutions and validate with frontline users.
Drive deployment, rollout, and adoption across sites including device provisioning, mobile and scanner deployments, and site readiness.
Define repeatable rollout and scaling playbooks for consistent execution across locations globally.
Support multi-form-factor experiences across varying connectivity conditions.
Enable integration of frontline execution with enterprise systems through event-driven workflows.
Use telemetry and feedback to improve performance and reliability.
Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and auditable with cybersecurity teams.
