Everforth Apex is seeking a Web Content Specialist for the Richmond, VA area. The role focuses on developing, testing, and releasing inbound digital customer messages for web and mobile banking applications.

You will ensure timely, high-quality output while collaborating with internal customers across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital messaging, proficient with macOS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital messaging experience.
• 1+ years experience using macOS.
• Client relationship management – a focus on building relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

• Detail-oriented – high focus to ensure successful completion of complex campaigns with multiple variables.
• Ability to multi-task – juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication – clear and concise with customers and teams.
• Content management system experience - navigating, entering text, uploading images, and metadata tagging.
• Experience using Google Workspace products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers to develop and execute messaging based on their intent and objectives.
• Build, test, and release digital messages to web and mobile banking applications.
• Apply analytical thinking to create targeting for the intended audience.
• Use Insomnia to test messaging logic via GET and POST requests.
• Test messages in Web browsers, Xcode, and Android Studio across channels.
• Communicate status of projects with teams and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze data from Tableau, Splunk, or similar sources.
• Follow team processes and engage in process improvement.
