Job summary

Collaborate with Marketing and campus departments to align content with strategy, manage the CMS, implement SEO, and analyze analytics to drive improvements. Stay current with web technologies and higher education marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in web design, web development, CS, or digital communications; at least 2 years designing and maintaining websites/digital platforms.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, and accessibility standards.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the college website and digital platforms.
• Ensure accessibility and brand standards across web pages and online content.
• Manage CMS as lead administrator and technical resource for users.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align content with marketing strategies.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search performance and traffic.
• Produce and analyze web analytics reports to inform improvements.
• Train departmental web editors on CMS use and accessibility.
• Coordinate hosting, domain management, and site security with IT/vendors.
• Develop forms, landing pages, and digital campaigns supporting recruitment.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and higher education marketing trends.
• Collaborate with staff on assigned projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
