Motlow State Community College is seeking a Digital and Web Content Manager to oversee the development, design, and daily maintenance of the college's website and digital presence. You will ensure accessibility, branding, and ADA/WCAG compliance while partnering across campuses to enhance digital visibility and support recruitment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, CMS, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years designing and maintaining websites or digital platforms.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, content management systems, and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the college website and digital assets for functionality, consistency, and visual appeal.
Ensure accessibility and branding compliance across all web content.
Serve as lead CMS administrator and technical resource for users.
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align content with strategies.
Implement and monitor SEO to improve search performance and traffic.
Produce and analyze web analytics reports to inform improvements.
Train departmental web editors on CMS use, accessibility, and content strategy.
Coordinate with IT and vendors on hosting, domain management, and site security.
Develop and maintain forms, landing pages, and digital campaign assets to support recruitment and outreach.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and higher education marketing trends.
