Responsibilities

• Lead vendor strategy for DMV's Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
• Drive vendor activities across the project lifecycle to support statewide digital modernization.
• Oversee complex IT contracts and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
• Build and maintain project work plans and resource needs.
• Collaborate with top technology vendors on infrastructure, applications, coding, and implementation.
• Establish vendor processes and standards for consistency and accountability.
• Evaluate vendor‑delivered systems for performance, reliability, security, and recovery readiness.
• Work with internal teams to support smooth releases and deployments.
• Recommend digital solutions that support DMV modernization goals.
• Track vendor performance and share progress updates with leadership.
• Lead vendor communications to maintain clarity and momentum.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Validate stability, interoperability, scalability, and security of vendor solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise IT strategy and policy development.
