Mosaic Insurance is building a digital underwriting platform for SME cyber and tech E&O and seeks a dynamic underwriter to expand the SME team in the US. You will underwrite cyber and tech E&O SME business on the platform, focus on portfolio quality, and guide cases from submission through renewal with brokers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in cyber underwriting or broking.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate with sophisticated advisors and clients.
• Proactive, independent, and decisive in fast-paced environments.
• General knowledge of cyber and tech insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite US cyber and tech E&O SME business written through Mosaic's digital platform, focusing on quality and profitable growth.
• Handle referrals and edge cases outside automated underwriting.
• Build relationships with brokers and distribution partners across the US.
• Sell the Mosaic proposition to drive submission flow and win business.
• Ensure a slick, responsive service from submission through bind to renewal.
• Feed broker and client input back into product and underwriting leadership.
• Identify new distribution opportunities as the SME franchise grows.
