Resilience is hiring an Underwriter Assistant on the Operations team to own the administrative velocity and transactional accuracy for cyber and tech E&O applications. You will learn from leaders across Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, Finance, and Security Operations, serving as a critical operational pillar of our growth.

In the first six months you will handle application processing, broker/client communications, and ensuring files are complete and ready for underwriting, while coordinating

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client and broker interactions.
• Prior customer service, support, or administrative experience is desirable.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and review incoming insurance applications to ensure completeness and readiness for underwriting.
• Manage frontline communication with brokers and clients to ensure smooth placement of business.
• Coordinate policy and endorsement issuance and maintain file compliance across stakeholders.
