Job summary

Resilience, a fast-growing cyber risk company, is seeking an Underwriter Assistant on our Operations team in the United States. You will own the administrative velocity and transactional accuracy that enables our underwriting team to evaluate cyber and tech E&O applications at scale.

In this foundational, high-visibility role you will learn from leaders across Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, Finance, and Security Operations, handling file processing, broker/client communications, and policy

Qualifications

Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in cybersecurity and cyber risk.
Experience in customer service or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

Process and review incoming insurance applications for completeness and accuracy.
Manage front-line communication with brokers and clients to ensure smooth placements.
Coordinate policy and endorsement issuance and maintain file compliance.
Bridge underwriting with Claims, Security Sales, PAS to optimize regional portfolio.
