Job summary

Haveron James is seeking a Member of Technical Staff – Simulation Infrastructure & Digital Twin Architect in New York to help create digital environments that train, test, validate and improve autonomous systems before touching reality. You will design digital twins, build simulation workflows for robotics, and ensure sensor models meet real hardware constraints.

The work spans the full lifecycle from concept to deployment, bridging simulation and the physical world.

Qualifications

• Experience building digital twin environments and simulation workflows.
• Hands-on with physics-based simulation and sensor models.
• Experience linking simulation to real hardware.

Responsibilities

• Designing and improving digital twin environments.
• Building simulation workflows for robotics and autonomous systems.
• Creating realistic sensor models and validation pipelines.
• Supporting synthetic data generation and testing workflows.
• Working directly with customers to understand hardware deployment challenges.
• Bridging the gap between simulation and real-world behaviour.
• Contributing to Physical AI and agentic workflows used to automate simulation, testing and validation.
• Helping define the architecture that enables customers to move from concept through deployment.
