Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 7+ years translating client requirements into target-state solution architectures using REST, microservices, event-driven architectures, or serverless components.
• 7+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js with containers, CI/CD, and version control on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• 1+ years designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in client or production environments.
• Experience in digital trust, online protection, security, privacy, AI governance, data protection, or cryptography; leading technical workstreams and delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% on average; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives and policy expectations into technical architectures, product requirements, backlogs, and implementation plans.
• Lead design, development, integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of production-grade solutions in client environments, including GenAI capabilities.
• Build APIs, automations, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and governance-embedded development workflows.
• Prototype rapidly with clients and internal specialists to validate approaches and support pursuits with demos and pricing inputs.
• Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and financials while addressing deployment challenges.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and create reusable accelerators and engineering best practices across engagements.
