Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Data Privacy Manager in the United States to lead privacy technology implementations, governance, and compliance initiatives for complex client environments. You will collaborate across client teams, vendors, and internal practitioners to deliver privacy-by-design solutions and AI governance efforts.

The role involves designing, architecting, and deploying privacy tools, managing SDLC activities, and guiding change management in large IT organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or similar
• 7+ years in software design, architecture, and tech implementation
• 4+ years in Data Privacy principles (PIA, data inventory, notices)
• Willingness to travel 25–75% depending on client
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large IT programs
• Familiarity with change management and deployment in large IT orgs
• US work authorization; immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Design privacy technology gaps with clients to enable future-state goals
• Lead sessions to gather requirements and define use cases for architecture
• Architect privacy solutions integrating with third-party tools and APIs
• Configure, test, and deploy privacy tools to automate capabilities
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for end-to-end deployments
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage SDLC activities
