Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks an Engineering Manager to translate complex identity, access, and data protection challenges into AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will lead teams, architect, build, and deploy production-grade systems for client engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include shaping solutions during pursuits, delivering high-quality outcomes, mentoring staff, and building reusable accelerators and documentation to uplift client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains.
• 5+ years translating client requirements into architectures.
• 5+ years building/deploying production-grade solutions using Python/Java/Node.js.
• 2+ years delivering solutions on major cloud platforms.
• 6-12 months experience designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% and possible sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into AI-enabled solutions aligned to architecture.
• Lead hands-on design, deployment, and operations of production-grade solutions.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demos, POCs, and pricing inputs.
• Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction.
• Build team capability with accelerators, documentation, and best practices.
