Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI & Data Science Engineer III to drive technology-focused client delivery as part of the AI & Engineering team in Dallas. You will work with executive sponsors to design and implement AI solutions that transform operations and create measurable outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, including Generative/Agentic AI, strong Python skills, and experience leading workstreams.

Qualifications

4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, incl. 1 year in Generative/Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
2+ years building AI/ML solutions with Python.
1+ years developing agentic AI systems, including orchestration and autonomous workflows.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud-based AI workloads and tools.
Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/Data Science/AI or related field.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
Delivering components of client engagements on tech and creative solutions for large companies.
Leading small teams across requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and training.
Planning project scope and scheduling resources for tasks and deliverables.
Monitoring progress, identifying variances, and taking corrective actions.
Managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs per the change plan.
Developing and maintaining communication with key project stakeholders.
