Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management
• 12+ years of combined cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting experience
• 12+ years of experience advising on AI/ML or emerging technology risk at the executive level
• Experience leading enterprise AI governance, risk, or security strategy programs across identity, data, infrastructure, and application security domains
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and generative AI risk in roles involving review of technical design and engagement with engineering leaders
• Experience with AI risk frameworks and regulations including NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act
• Willingness to travel 25-50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite
• Lead multi-workstream AI security strategy projects from assessment to governance
• Define scalable cybersecurity and governance patterns and board reporting models
• Provide strategic oversight across data, infrastructure, identity, and security operations
• Lead pursuits and account growth with differentiated strategic solutions and delivery approaches
• Oversee client relationships, engagement quality, and delivery risk across AI security work
• Build practice capability through offerings, alliances, and future leaders development
