Job summary

Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy group seeks a seasoned Full Stack Engineer Manager to bridge advisory work and hands-on delivery. You will architect, build, deploy, and govern production-grade solutions across AI governance, privacy by design, data protection, and cryptography within client environments.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, compliant implementations while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 7+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, or serverless components.
• 7+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js with AWS/Azure/GCP, including containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 1+ years designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in client or production environments.
• Experience in digital trust, privacy, security, or cryptography and leading technical workstreams and engineering delivery teams.
• Ability to travel 25–50% on average depending on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives and policies into technical architectures, product requirements, backlogs, and plans.
• Lead design, development, integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of production-grade solutions in client environments, including GenAI capabilities and data protection.
