Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Engagement Lead in Cedar Rapids, IA to own planning, estimation and execution for secure program environments. You will serve as the primary DT touchpoint, drive digital transformation, and coordinate across DT, Facilities, Engineering, and Security to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

Hybrid role with travel up to 25% domestically. The candidate will manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance, and prepare leadership-level communications while

Qualifikationen

• University degree required with 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required to access program information.
• Ability to obtain a Secret/Top Secret clearance.
• 3+ years’ experience managing digital technology projects involving infrastructure and software development.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to forecast needs and identify solutions.
• Experience creating Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with DT, Facilities, Engineering, and Security to document requirements and prepare bid materials.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance with forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Document changes in scope across the lifecycle of the DT development Environments.
• Prepare communications and present project status to leadership and customers.
