Job summary

ASM is seeking a Digital Transformation Business Partner to connect business strategy with digital initiatives across named domains. You will partner with senior leaders to shape the digital agenda, translate challenges into prioritized programs, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.

You will drive governance, decision-making, and readiness activities, while championing AI and digital transformation opportunities to accelerate ASM’s growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in business-facing technology, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations with governance structures.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a digital roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and transformation objectives.
• Translate business challenges into prioritized digital initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Define baselines, metrics, and accountability for key initiatives; monitor progress and value realization.
• Prepare executive-level business cases, portfolio reviews, and strategic updates.
