Job summary

ASM is seeking a Head of Regional Digital Transformation & User Experience to lead regional digital operations across Asia, Europe and the Americas. The role focuses on creating a reliable, secure and employee-centric digital experience with AI and automation at the core.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, engineering, or business admin; equivalent experience considered.
Prefer AI, ITSM, infrastructure or project management certifications.
10+ years in IT Ops, Digital Workplace or Service Operations.

Responsibilities

Lead regional digital operations across Asia, Europe, and Americas with a consistent, regionally responsive model.
Build strong partnerships with site leaders and business partners to surface regional demand and opportunities.
Own the digital employee experience and drive service quality, analytics and continuous improvement.
Drive AI-enabled, automation-supported operations and proactive digital services across regions.
Strengthen operational continuity by ensuring cybersecurity, governance and knowledge-sharing across ASM locations.
